Lom Plai, [is] one of [the] culture of Tribe of Dayak Wehea inhabiting areas [in] River region of Wehea and of Telen, District of Estuary of Wahau ( read; Estuary of Wehea / Wehea lebeng), Sub-Province of Kutai East Province of Kalimantan Timur-Indonesia.

It was told, [at] away back scorpion, happened dryness disaster ( long drought), where all crop which [is] conducting by dead society ( experiencing of to fail crop) causing the happening of extraordinary hunger disaster, so that many citizen passing away.

On the happening of hunger disaster, [in] a[n countryside, live a Hapui Ledoh ( woman king / queen) so called [of] Diang Yung. The Hapui have a very so called incomparable pretty beautiful single putri [of] Long Diang Yung.

the Hunger disaster have caused apprehension which very in to The Hapui, so that one night he/she dream to be visited by Dohton Tenyei ( God [is] Lord) and tell to it, that he have to volunteer and sincere sacrifice the The single Putri [of] him of Long Diang Yung, for the shake of saving its society. If [do] not be [done/conducted], hence society will die because hunger and even possibly will nothing left. After awaking from its sleep, liver of[is The Hapui daze and flare up boisterously, basin a ship dashed against by awful storm and wave, [among/between] love ( read; saving) The very pretty beautiful single Putri at the same time as router of its clan or save its society.

After dimusyawarakan Oldly Custom and Prominent Society, hence taken a[n conclusion that society many have to be saved, so that later;then society start to gather [in] kampong center.

By taking oath sounding is, the following:

1. People have to love paddy like me love my child and don't act harshly / disaffected to him.

2. Paddy which is is the incarnation of child I have to [in] Erau-Kan ( Lom / pesta) like me [do/conduct] to him.

3. To one who have paddy and enjoying [him/ it] and also obey to oath, will safe, longevityly, prosperous and secure and prosperous.

4. To which impinge oath, will be fatal, ketulahan and will suffer from pain and is not longevity.
